Welcome to Wild Card Strategy (“Consultant”). By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this website.
The Consultant provides business management consulting services, including but not limited to strategic planning, organizational development, performance improvement, and risk management. The specific services provided will be detailed in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) agreed upon by both parties.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the website and the services provided complies with all applicable laws and regulations. Users must not use the website or services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
All information shared between the Consultant and the user will be treated as confidential. The Consultant will take all reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of user information.
All intellectual property rights in the content of the website and any materials provided by the Consultant remain the property of the Consultant. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
The Consultant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the website or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Consultant may terminate these Terms at any time, without notice, if the user breaches any of the Terms. Upon termination, the user must immediately cease using the website and services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Tennessee and of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
